Our Black Strap Molasses is a by product of the sugar refining industry. The sugar cane is crushed and processed to obtain refined sugar. The residue after this process has been completed and is called Molasses. The darker the colour the richer the nutrients. Molasses is extremely rich in the vitamin inositol, B Vitamins,copper, phosphorus, calcium, iron and potassium.
