Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping across Australia. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location but generally take 3-5 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the order size and destination.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can track your package's progress directly.
Click & Collect: Place your order online and choose 'Click & Collect' at checkout to pick up your order at a designated Great Earth store. There is no shipping fee for this service. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection. Orders are usually ready for pick-up within 24 hours.
Out of Stock Items: Sometimes an item in your order may be out of stock. We will do our best to contact you so that you can decide whether to wait until your complete order is ready before shipping. If more than one shipment is made, additional freight charges may be applicable.
