Stress-Plex is a liquid herbal medicine traditionally used to support the nervous system, ease mild nervous tension, and assist the body’s natural response to periods of stress or emotional demand.
Stress-Plex combines herbs traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support the nervous system and help the body manage periods of stress or tension. It is typically used by adults experiencing everyday stress, nervous tension, mild anxiety, irritability or difficulty unwinding. As a liquid herbal extract, it is absorbed readily and can be used consistently during demanding periods or at specific times of day when support is needed. Stress-Plex works best alongside foundational supports such as sleep, movement, breathing practices and adequate recovery time. Persistent or severe anxiety requires a qualified professional assessment.

St. John’s Wort herb top flowering, Hypericum perforatum 625 micro litres, equiv. dry 625mg
Lemon Balm leaf, Melissa officinalis 750 micro liters, equiv. dry 750mg
Passion Flower leaf, Passiflora incarnate 625 micro litres, equiv. dry 625mg
Also contains water, ethanol, glycerol and peppermint essential oil.
Dosage
Dosage
Adult: 2-5mL three times daily in water or juice.
Child (3-12 years): 1-3mL three times daily in water or juice.
Shake bottle well before use.

Directions for use
Shake bottle well before use. Can be diluted with water, fruit juice or other fluids if necessary and consumed immediately.
Interactions
St John’s Wort may affect the way some prescription medicines work. Possible interactions with anti-anxiety medications, seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates, anticancer medications, blood thinners, antidepressant medications (e.g. selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI)), anti-HIV agents, cardiovascular medications, immunosuppressant’s, and/or contraceptive medications. Talk to a healthcare practitioner before starting therapy if the patient is taking medications for the stated conditions
