Fluid-Plex is a liquid herbal medicine traditionally used to support healthy fluid balance, kidney and urinary function, and the body’s natural elimination processes during periods of mild fluid retention.

Fluid-Plex combines herbs traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support fluid balance and kidney function. It is typically used by adults experiencing mild, episodic fluid retention linked to diet, hormonal fluctuations, warm weather or periods of reduced activity. As a liquid herbal extract, it is absorbed readily and can be used as needed during periods of imbalance, rather than continuously long-term. Fluid-Plex works best alongside practical measures, such as adequate hydration, reduced sodium intake and regular movement. Persistent or severe fluid retention should be assessed by a healthcare practitioner before ongoing use.

Ingredients

Each 5mL contains liquid extracts:

Hydrangea root, Hydrangea arborescens 750 microlitres, equiv. dry 375mg

Gravel root, Eupatorium purpureum 750 microlitres, equiv. dry 375mg

Marshmallow root, Althaea officinalis 500 microlitres, equiv. dry 250mg

Parsley herb, Petroselinum crispum 2mL, equiv. dry 2g

Dosage

Adults:

5mL three times a day.
