Power Super Foods Dreamy Drinking Chocolate contains magnesium and iron and beneficial antioxidants.

Dosage

Smooth, soothing and relaxing, Dreamy Drinking Chocolate makes an exceptional night time hot chocolate. Dissolve 2-4 teaspoons (1-2 tsp for kids) with a splash of boiled water then top with 200mls of heated milk of choice or water. The ideal temperature is around 70 degrees. Mix well using a whisk, frother or steam wand. Dreamy contains no refined sugars and is balanced by naturally sweet lucuma, malty maca and naturally sweet dates. Enjoy hot or cold, before bedtime. Whilst you can add Dreamy to raw and baked treats, ensure you're consuming them at bedtime only to avoid drowsiness.
