Ingredients
Organic Whole Husk Psyllium (seed husk).
Dosage
Adults and Children over 12 years: One serving up to 2 times daily. Best taken before or between meals.
Mix 1 tablespoon (5g) Psyllium with at least 200ml of water, juice or your favourite beverage. Stir & drink immediately. If too thick, add more liquid & stir. Drink an additional glass of water afterwards to ensure hydration.
