EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:
Valeriana offcinalis (Valerian) root powder 440mg
NO ADDED:
Gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
Dosage
Adults: Take 2 capsules one hour before sleeping, or as professionally prescribed.
