Ingredients

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:

Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed powder 529mg.

NO ADDED:

Gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

Dosage

Adults: Take one to two capsules with a meal three times daily.
