It also contains pectin, trace minerals, potassium, beneficial bacteria and enzymes. Melrose Double Strength Apple Cider Vinegar contains the "mother" and is not filtered or pasteurised. Melrose Double Strength Apple Cider Vinegar can be used in numerous applications, due to the high acid content.
