Ingredients

Each 10 mL contains:

Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) liquid extrac 4.5mL

from dry herb 2.25g

Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap) liquid extract 3mL

from dry herb (organic) 1.5g

Withania somnifera (Withania) liquid extract 2.25mL

from dry root 2.25g

Honey (Mānuka) (organic) 6.3g

In a base of apple cider vinegar (organic), natural strawberry flavour and citric acid.

Dosage

Shake well before use.

Adults:

Take 10 - 15mL half an hour before bedtime.

Dilute in 30mL of water or juice and drink immediately.

Follow with a glass of water if necessary.
