Ingredients

Each 10mL of this certified organic product contains:

Inula helenium (Elecampane) liquid extract 600 microlitres

from dry root 300mg

Marrubium vulgare (White Horehound) liquid extract 550 microlitres

from dry herb 275mg

Verbascum thapsus (Mullein) 600 microlitres

from dry leaf 300mg

Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow) liquid extract 550 microlitres

from dry root 110mg

Honey (Mānuka) 5.6g

In a base of purified water, ethanol, apple juice concentrate, apple cider vinegar, orange flavour, lemon oil and ascorbic acid.

Dosage

Shake well before use.

Adults: Take 10mL five times daily.

Take undiluted or dilute in 30 mL of water or juice and drink immediately. Follow with a glass of water if necessary.
