It is required for the synthesis of the antioxidant glutathione. Magnesium Plus combines synergistic ingredients, active vitamin B6 and MK7. Magnesium (as magnesium glycinate dihydrate in a fully reacted chelated amino acid form) 75 mg
Menaquinone 7 (as natural vitamin K2) 10 micrograms (Menaquinone 7 is from a naturally derived source.)
Dosage
Children 2-8 years: Give 1 tablet, once daily. Tablets should be crushed and mixed with water, jam or honey before administering immediately to young children.
Children 9 years and over: Take 1 tablet, twice daily with water. Adults: 2 tablets, 1-2 times daily or as directed by your health care professional
