Ingredients

100% Pure Essential Oils of: Abies sibirica (Fir Needle), Mentha piperita (Peppermint), Pinus sylvestris (Pine) Leaf, Cinnamomum zeylanicum (Cinnamon) Leaf, Mentha spicata (Spearmint) Herb, Melaleuca alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf, Eugenia caryophyllus (Clove) Flower, Picea mariana (Spruce) Leaf, Santalum spicata (Australian Sandalwood) Wood.

Dosage

Vaporisation: Add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: Add 6 drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon (15mL) of carrier oil and massage into chest and back.

Not recommended during pregnancy.

The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
