Ingredients

Each mL of pure essential oil contains: lavandula angustifolia (lavender) herb top flowering oil 20.91 mg/g citrus nobilis (mandarin) fruit peel oil 8.16 mg/g anthemis nobilis (roman chamomile) flower oil 0.90 mg/g valeriana officinalis (valerian) root oil 0.03 mg/g contains: purified water (aqua), ethanol 19% w/w, polysorbate 20, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid. preservatives used to ensure product quality & stability.

Dosage

Lightly spritz on chest and back avoiding the face and eyes, or spray into the air and inhale. Use 15 minutes before preparing for sleep or as required.
