Ingredients

Citrus Limon (Lemon) fruit peel

Cedrus Atlantica (Cedarwood) wood

Rosmarinus Afficinalis (Rrosemary) leaves

Octimum Basilicum (Sweet Basil) leaves

Citrus x Paradisi (Grapefruit) fruit peel

Santalum Spicatun (Australian Sandalwood) Heart Wood.

Dosage

Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
