Ingredients

100% Pure Essential Oils of: Amyris balsamirfera (Amyris) Bark, Citrus aurantium bergamia (Bergamot) Peel, Citrus aurantium dulcis (Sweet Orange) Peel, Boswellia carterii (Frankincense) Gum, Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang) Flower, Myristica fragrans (Nutmeg) Seed, Natural Vanillin derived from Eugenia Caryophyllus, Pogostemon cablin (Patchouli) Leaf, Eugenia caryophyllus (Clove) Flower, Cinnamomum zeylanicum (Cinnamon) Bark, Santalum spicata (Sandalwood) Wood.

Dosage

Vaporisation: Add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: Add 6 drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon (15mL) of carrier oil and massage into chest and back.

The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
