Raspberry has been traditionally used in western herbal medicine to relieve diarrhoea and as an astringent to tighten tissues.

Ingredients

Each teabag contains Rubus idaeus (Raspberry) Leaf Dry 4 g.

Free from: preservatives, added colours, flavours, caffeine, gluten, sugars, lactose and nuts.

Dosage

Infuse 2 heaped teaspoons of Raspberry leaf in a cup of boiling water, steep for 5 minutes. Strain and drink several cups daily.

Infuse 1 teabag (4 g) in 250 mL (one cup) of boiling water, steep for 10-15 minutes before removing teabag. Adults - drink 2 to 3 cups daily. There are no restrictions on duration of use.

If not using the tea straight away, you can store it in a covered jug or container in the fridge for up to 24 hours and gently warm the mixture before drinking.
