Ingredients

Each 2.34 g teabag contains Elder Flower Black Dry (Sambucus nigra) 1.5 g and Lime Tree Flower Dry (Tilia cordata and / or Tilia platyphyllos and / or Tilia vulgaris) 336 mg.

Non-active ingredient: Each teabag also contains Rose Hip Dry (Rosa arvensis and / or Rosa canina and / or Rosa villosa), a pleasant-tasting fruit, naturally high in vitamin C.

Free from: preservatives, added colours, flavours, caffeine, gluten, sugars, lactose and nuts.

Dosage

Infuse 2 teabags (4.68 g) in 250 mL (one cup) of boiling water, steep for ten minutes before removing teabags.

Adults only - drink 1 cup three times daily. There are no restrictions on duration of use.
