Each 2.5 g oral powder dose contains:

Slippery Elm (Ulmus rubra) Bark Powder 2.5 g

No added sulfites, wheat, gluten, yeast, animal products, milk derivatives, eggs, soy bean products, lactose, sugars, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Adults: Mix 2.5 g powder into a smooth paste with a little cold water and consume the paste with a glass of water.

Alternatively, add hot water to the paste to make a 1 cup beverage and add cinnamon powder and honey to taste. Take 1-3 times daily, or as directed by your health professional.

Children under 18 years old: Only as professionally prescribed.
