Each capsule contains:

Slippery elm bark powder 375 mg.

No added sulfites, wheat, gluten, yeast, animal products, milk derivatives, eggs, soy bean products, lactose, sugars, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Adults: Take 1-2 capsules 1-3 times daily with meals, or as directed by your health professional.

Children over 12 years old: Take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily with meals, or as directed by your health professional.

Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. Seek medical advice immediately if diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years.
