Total Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 500mg, Ascorbic Acid 350mg, Calcium Ascorbate Dihydrate 93.75mg, Sodium Ascorbate 84.83 mg, Equivalent to Ascorbic Acid 75mg, Organic Black seed oil (Nigella Sativa Oil) 5mg, Zinc Citrate Dihydrate 31.95mg, Equivalent to Zinc 10mg.

NO ADDED: Animal products, gluten, lactose, dairy, nuts or wheat.

CONTAINS: Sulfites.

Dosage

For Adults and children from 14 years of age: Chew 2 tablets daily.

Children 4-13 years of age: Chew 1 tablet daily under adult supervision.
