Ingredients

Pharmaceutical grade BETA ALANINE, Silicon Dioxide (2%).

May contain traces of milk, soybeans, cereals containing gluten, tree nuts, sesame seeds and their products.

Dosage

Mix 2g (1/2 tsp) of BETA ALANINE in 150mL water and consume 20 minutes before exercise. Alternatively consume 1 serving every 30 minute leading up to exercise for 90 minutes prior. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
