Alkamag contains a unique combination of magnesium carbonate & the strong base magnesium hydroxide designed to assist in the buffering of both organic & inorganic acids. When mixed with soda water, Alkamag produces magnesium ions & bicarbonate ions.

Each 1.5 gm (equiv 1/2 level teaspoon) contains:
Magnesium Carbonate 1.35 gm (equiv.magnesium 390 mg) (equiv carbonate 960 mg)
Magnesium Hydroxide 0.15 gm (equiv.magnesium 63 mg) (equiv.hydroxide 87 mg)

Add 1/2 level teaspoon (equiv 1.5g) to 2 litres of Soda Water. Close lid tightly. Leave solution to clear, then degas by releasing all carbon dioxide (C02).

Warnings:
Drink a minimum of 600 ml per day as part of the daily 2 litres of water recommended by health authorities.
To be taken on empty stomach, odourless & tasteless, mixes well with drinks.
