Ingredients

Each capsule contains – Olea europaea (Olive) Leaf extract dry 175mg equivalent to 1.75g of fresh leaf, providing 33mg Oleuropein and 100 micrograms of Hydroxytyrosol, plus 250mg Vitamin C as ascorbic acid.

Dosage

Adults: Take two capsules daily with food (for immune support, antioxidant and general wellbeing). Take four capsules per day at the onset of common cold symptoms.
