Basica® Activ E is a supplement rich in alkalising minerals and citrates, to support acid-base balance and maintain healthy pH levels in our body. As we age or consume an acid-forming diet our body's ability to cope with excessive acidity may diminish. Each serve of Basica Active (10g) contains on average:

Potassium (as citrate)300mg

Calcium (as lactate & carbonate) 400mg

Magnesium (as citrate & carbonate) 180mg

Sodium (as citrate & carbonate)200mg

Chromium (as chloride) 40mcg

Molybdenum (as sodium molybdate) 50mcg

Selenium (as sodium selenate) 30mcg

Ascorbic acid (Vit C) 80mg

Zinc (as citrate) 5mg

Riboflavin (Vit B2) 1.4mg.

Naturally sweetened by Stevia.

Vegan and vegetarian friendly formulation. Free from: gluten, wheat, yeast, egg, dairy, lactose, nut, soy, purines and copper.

Dosage

Mix one full measuring spoon (10g) in a glass of water, once daily.
