Dosage
Ill health - coughs, colds, shingles, low energy
Add 10 drops in ΒΌ tsp Untouched Body Cream and rub into chest.
Add 3-5 drops to hot water, breathe in steam deeply.
Rub 5 drops onto soles of feet prior to sleep. Repeat every night for a minimum of 10 days.
Add 10 drops to a diffuser. Replenish as required.
Immune protection
Add 10 drops to a diffuser. Replenish as required.
Add 10 drops to 1/2 cup (any) milk and add to a hot bath once a week. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
